Cannabis Laws, Investigations, & Prosecution

 The State of California is in a transition phase with regard to Marijuana/Cannabis. The use, distribution, and the new laws that affect individuals, as well as marijuana dispensaries, will be addressed in this training. Understanding what is and is not illegal and developing a case for prosecution are important factors to incorporate into your enforcement process. DRE training for Patrol Officers, Traffic Officers, Detectives, Supervisors and Narcotics Officers can all benefit from this training.
