INSTRUCTOR:

Joe Allen is a 26-year veteran of the Glendale Police Department. Joe was assigned to the Vice/Narcotic Unit for nine years. He has taught narcotic enforcement courses for many law enforcement agencies, including the California Narcotic Officers’ Association, Arizona Narcotic Officers’ Association, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Academy, United States Federal Probation, and more. Joe is a drug recognition expert instructor and teaches drug recognition/influence at DRE courses throughout California for law enforcement. Joe is the 2013 recipient of the Al Stewart Award for CNOA Narcotic Officer of the Year.
