Establishing and Maintaining Supervisory Credibility

Keith Bushey is a senior faculty member for the FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA). He has written extensively and makes frequent presentations, primarily in the area of leadership, throughout the United States and Canada. He is a forty-five year veteran of law enforcement who retired from the Los Angeles Police Department as a Commander, the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department as a Deputy Chief and the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Colonel. He has also served as a Deputy Sheriff for Los Angeles County, a Deputy Game Warden for the State of California and as law enforcement liaison on the executive staff of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

He has written several books on leadership and supervision and is a highly sought-after speaker and instructor.
