Marijuana Laws, Investigations and DUI Drugs Prosecutions

The State of California is in a transition phase in regards to Marijuana. The use, distribution, and the new laws that affect marijuana dispensaries, as well as individuals, will be addressed in this training. Understanding what is and is not illegal and developing a case for prosecution are important factors to incorporate into your enforcement process.  Patrol Officers, Detectives, Supervisors and Narcotics Officers can all benefit from this training.
